He is the Foundation and President - General of the United Nations Association of Africa (UNAA) , a pan-African civil society organization committed to promoting the ideals, principles, and objectives of the United Nations through advocacy, grassroots engagement, and
strategic partneraships. Under his visionary leadership. UNAA has expanded its footprint across Africa and internationally, strengthening civic participation, youth engagement, and alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Chief Amb. Dr. Sir Okafor is also the Founder and President of First Fostercare Foundation (FFF USA, INC.) A humanitariann organization dedicated to the welfare, protection, and empowerment of vulnerable children, women, and marginalized populations. He furture serves as the Founder and President of the United Nations Association of Africa Citizens (UNAAC) South Africa, reinforcing civic diplomacy and community engagement within the Southern African region.
His extensive humanitarian portfolio includes service as Founder and President General of the Okafor Dynasty Foundation and Founder and President-General of the Foster for Children. Disabled and Women Foundation, organizations focused on social inclusion, disability rights, gender equity, education, and poverty reduction.

Juliet Okafor is a highly accomplished registered nurse, healthcare leader, and administrative professional with a decade of clinical expertise and a proven trackrecond in patient care, leadership, and healthcare management. With a career spanning hospitals, schools, and virtual compassionate service in the healthcare industry.
Currently serving as the Matron/Chief Nurse at Del International Hospital, Juliet leads a team of dedicated nusring professionals, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, staff development, and hospital effieciency. As the chief advocate for nursing excellence, she has successfully implemented policies that have enhanced patient outcomes, optimized resource advancing patient safety initiatives, improving healthcare service delivery, and mentoring the next generation of nurses.
Juliet's journey in nursingbegan with a strong academic foundation, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Health and Allied Sciences and a Registered Nurse Assistant Diploma from Western Hills School of Nursing. Her commitment to professional development is further demostrated through her active licensure with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana (Reg. No: RGN43915) and multiple certifications, including:
-Quality Assurance in Healthcare
-Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
-Ethics in Healthcare - Continuous Professional Development Training.
Before assuming her leadership role as Matron, Juliet amassed extensive clinical experience at Lister Hospital and Fertility Center, where she served as a RN/Staff Nurse. She was responsible for preoperative and postoperative care, medication adminstration, and patient advocacy during her tenure. Her impact was evident in her ability to train and supervise a team of 14 nurses, reducing equipment malfunctions by 80% and increasing patient satisfaction by 40%.
Her versatility alo extended to paediatrics, where she worked as a School Nurse at Cornerstone International Academy and a Substitute School Nurse at Lincoln Community School.
In these roles, she provided first aid, administered medications and implemented health education programs to promote student wellness.
